the rooms are gorgeous and huge, and are complete with fridge, the patio, for example.

The unit we got was clean and gorgeous with fridge as well as the patio. Location: the hotel was not far from the centre of the beautiful town Baeza, stunning places around and a fountain clatters softly during the daytime.

In general, it is a good hotel, well located and with a good breakfast. The staff was very friendly. We had a plumbing incident (a bad shower hose) and they fixed it right away.
We had three rooms, two outside and one inside. I would never think of taking one of the interiors again. indications on the page were confusing: "... it is interior and has air conditioning... it offers a view of the inner courtyard". We thought it would be ventilated to an indoor duck, truth is that it faces directly to the corridor where the other clients of your floor pass by (although you can see the central patio). courtyard is covered by a glass wall that must be great in winter, on that day it turned the hotel into a greenhouse. We tried to turn on the air conditioning, we couldn't. we told the reception, lady could only tell us very politely that the air was not yet working and that the only thing we could do was to open the window and, for a while, door to the room. That meant exposing ourselves to the curious glances of the other guests who passed by the room, anyway, we did not manage to cool it sufficiently. We decided to go on a tour and wait for the night to solve the problem, it did.

Beautiful 16th century palace. Very spacious and beautiful room, equipped with flat TV, fridge, table with chair and a large wardrobe. It is decorated in accordance with the palace and overlooks the inner courtyard. The bathroom surprised me pleasantly as even the taps seem to be from another century. The bed is wide and comfortable. It is located 5 minutes from the Plaza del Pópulo, where you can find the tourist office and start your visit to this beautiful village. Regarding the parking, if you are lucky you can find a parking space near the hotel. This was not our case and we ended up parking the car in Avenida Andalucia, just 5 minutes from the hotel. Perfect to stay with your partner.
To put it bluntly, our room was door to door with the hotel's elevator, which meant noises and voices of people arriving in the early hours of the morning. You can't blame the hotel.

Atmosphere
I had to leave the hotel early but the breakfast was served only at 8:30. It maybe normal in Spain but very inconvenient.

friendly staff. beautiful palace. Fantastic location to see Easter.
BEWARE OF ROOM 304, PARQUET DAMAGE DUE TO PROBLEMS IN THE SHOWER. We were accommodated in a room whose entrance to the bathroom had water-logged parquet, with loose slats piled up. we took a shower we understood why: the bathtub has a screen that does not prevent the water from coming out, floods the entire bathroom floor. floor has a slope so that the water comes out of the bathroom, through the mud floor, until it reaches the part of the floor damaged by humidity. Uncomfortable and unpleasant. raised parquet puts the user in danger of tripping. Water on the bathroom floor, strong danger of slipping. We request a change of room. Answer: it was all full and they couldn't change us. They should not have offered that room, knowing beforehand that these problems existed, are not punctual, result of a long evolution. We felt cheated, it is not worthy of an establishment of this category. most importantly, we did not deserve to suffer these problems. week has passed since we presented our complaints at the reception, we would have liked the management to at least apologize by phone or in writing, they did not consider it appropriate.

Very centrally located in the old town, near many bars/restaurants and the historic sights. Public car park 5 mins walk (€10 per day) but drove the car to the front door to collect our luggage. (Pedestrian street but can drive up for loading/unloading). Beautiful old building, very grand. We had a lovely room/bathroom and the central 'courtyard' for breakfast was stunning.

Peaceful and beautiful
Discription of the room. Private terrace turned out to be public and facing the beautiful inner courtyard. Other cheaper rooms have no windows at all.

The staff here are friendly and welcoming, the breakfast served is tasty with eggs, and the location is great, close to attractions like a Roman Catholic cathedral.

Beautiful building and very affordable price.
You couldn't close the window of the bathroom because the lock was broken. It was a problem because it was very cold (-7) outside. The Room itself was quite warm.
